Luhansk Center for Administrative Services is a working body of Luhansk City Council, in a frame of which the administrative services are provided by the representatives of administrative bodies.
In the Center for Administrative Services citizens, entrepreneurs and economic entities can make registration procedures and receive permission documents, submit any applications, complaints and proposals, receive respective responses to them, schedule an appointment with the mayor, his deputies or heads of City Council executive bodies, receive business advice, etc.
In the Center for Administrative Services appropriate conditions are created for quick solving of any citizens’ problems, reduction and procedure simplification of receiving all necessary documents, preventing any corruption among officials of administrative bodies.
