5. Luhansk City Council Administration for Economics;

6. Enterprises, institutions and organisations that are in municipal ownership of the territorial community of Luhansk:

6.1. Luhansk Municipal Public Utility Center for Waste Recycling and Disposal (till discontinuation of activities);

6.2. Public Utility Luhansk Center for Waste Management (till discontinuation of activities);

6.3. Public Utility Luhanskkomunservis;

6.4. Municipal Public Utility Ukraina Cinema (till discontinuation of activities);

7. Enterprises in which the share of Luhansk Territorial Community is more than 50%, within rules, in set by active legislation order:

7.1. Open Joint Stock Company Universam 1 (till discontinuation of activities);

7.2. Open Joint Stock Company Universam 2 (till discontinuation of activities);

7.3. Hloria LLC (till discontinuation of activities);

7.4. Komanda LLC (till discontinuation of activities);

7.5. Luhansk Municipal Sport Tennis Club LLC;

8. Enterprises in which Luhansk territorial community has got a part of ownership:

8.1. Professional Volleyball Club Iskra LLC;

8.2. Yevrokvest Ekologia LLC;

8.3. LSO LLC;

8.4. Soliarys-Donbas LLC;

8.5. Inter-Regional Agricultural Association Union (till discontinuation of activities);

8.8. Joint Venture Commercial Charitable Company Elena (till discontinuation of activities);

 Provides interaction of executive bodies of the Luhansk City Council with:

1. Customs authorities;
2. Tax authorities;
3. Banking institutions;
4. Luhansk Regional Territorial Office of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine;
5. State statistical bodies;
6. Societies of amateur-gardeners;
7. Permanent Commission of Luhansk City Council of the Sixth Convocation on City Infrastructure, Transport and Communications;
8. Is a head of commissions, groups, etc., which are launched by Luhansk City Council, its Executive Committee or Luhansk Mayor.
